Please read EVERYTHING BELOW THOROUGHLY before booking your appointment  to avoid misunderstandings 

DEPOSIT: 
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 is required to book your appointment.

This deposit fee will be applied towards the service. 
The remaining balance must be sent via e-transfer to nsbraiding@gmail.com

or paid cash the day of your appointment.
 
LATE FEE:

If you are running late please let me know 30 MINUTES before your appointment time.

There will be a 10 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be CANCELLED.
 
NO CALL NO SHOW:
If you do not show up for your appointment or give at least a 48 hour notice you will NOT BE PERMITTED

 to book with NSBraiding again, unless you pay the remainder of your balance quoted.
 
RESCHEDULING:
A one-time rescheduling will be permitted without a new deposit if notice is given at least 48 hours before appointment.
If the date you want is already booked, please check my page for any cancellation updates
 
SQUEEZE INS:
Please be advised that there will be a $50 additional fee for after hours squeeze-in appointments.

IF I CANCEL YOU ITS BECAUSE:

•   YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE AND HAVE NOT CONTACTED ME

•   AN UNFORESEEN EMERGENCY OCCURRED, DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED

•   YOU BOOKED AN APPOINTMENT UNDER A FAKE ACCOUNT (FAKE NAME/IG NAME, FAKE EMAIL, ETC)

 
PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Please arrive to your appointment with your hair thoroughly washed and blow-dried from roots to tips.

• If your hair isn't properly detangled, I will blow dry & prep it for an extra $20 which will be added to your remaining balance.

• Please arrive to your appointment with NO OILS OR CONDITIONERS in your hair as it does not correlate with the products that I use.

• If you would like for me to provide a hair colour that is not included in the list (can be found under each style) you must contact me via phone or text  (647-462-5620). Additional hair colours or patterns will be extra and need to be paid for, prior to your appointment date. The balance for the custom hair request must be sent via e-transfer immediately after booking your appointment.

 
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH OR HAVE A EVENT CLOSE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME. YOUR STYLE MAY TAKE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED
